Coaching/Pull-through Training – Rubric

A rubric, or roleplay assessment, is used to provide accurate, relevant, consistent, and targeted feedback. The rubric is an evaluation tool that assesses performance and coaching, allowing areas of expertise and deficiencies to be quickly identified. Both managers and representatives will have a written description of the attributes for each behavior for every point on the rating scale so there is no ambiguity. This tool also can be a key asset in your workshop certifications and coaching activities.
