Coaching/Pull-through Training – iReflect

The iReflect program provides sales representatives with guided practice in making their sales calls through cycles of roleplaying, self-assessment, and management feedback. Users view a scenario and recommended response, practice recording their response using the webcam on their laptop, compare their response against the rubric, and, when satisfied with the response, submit it to their manager for individualized review and feedback—at any time, day or night, in any time zone without coordinating schedules. Managers can coach more representatives more often and more effectively, and build brand consistency across the organization. Managers can also develop customized scenarios to address new issues that arise without pulling representatives out of the field for a meeting.
