Coaching/Pull-through training – eCoaching Toolkit

The Electronic Coaching Toolkit provides managers with resources to help their representatives continue to develop the skills necessary to execute their selling plan. The coaching toolkit will include a number of activities developed by ETSI on a variety of topics, including disease state, treatment options, competitors, PI, clinical studies, marketing messages, and selling skills. After identifying a developmental opportunity, the manager can choose from a menu of appropriate resources and assign specific activities to each representative. An administrator tool will allow training personnel to easily update the toolkit to incorporate new or revised information.
