Coaching/Pull-through Training – eAccount
The eAccount program focuses on selling skills and business acumen. A virtual territory will be designed to include relevant selling environments such as a hospital, pharmacy, and doctor’s office. At the start of the application, each user will be presented with their “to do” list for the day. The user will then travel within the virtual territory, trying to identify key sources of relevant information necessary to accomplish the tasks on their list. They will have access to all selling materials and data to help them make decisions. The program will track their performance and rank them versus their peers to create a competitive environment.
