Self-instruction focuses on the acquisition of core knowledge. Learners will begin to comprehend a variety of topics with opportunities for application and self-assessment. Training is designed to be self-led and can be delivered in a variety of blended learning options.
The instructor-led Training phase will expand upon self-instruction by providing extensive knowledge application and skill mastery through practice and feedback. Managers will have opportunities to evaluate representatives on all levels of learning in either a face-to-face or virtual setting.
The coaching phase of training supports the transfer of knowledge and skills to job performance. Managers will have continued opportunities to work with representatives and pass along new information and trends. Using a virtual setting will allow for minimal disruption of field activity.
